About Us
Red Rover Resort has been owned and operated by Carol Bloodworth since 1995. She started with a small 10 unit building and two medium-sized yards, which handled her clients for 12 years. Over time she expanded with several outside units until she realised it was necessary to design and build a completely new and modern facility to keep up with customer demand. Carol remained involved in every aspect of the project, designing the location and architecture of the building, choosing construction materials, researching and making decisions regarding proper interior layout of the units, and final interior trim and colors. Because of her attention to detail and forethought concerning client needs, we feel our facility is second to none.

With 34 individual units, we offer 3 kennel sizes for your pets comfort: Standard 4' X 6', Deluxe 5' X 8', and 2 very roomy Luxury 6' X 8' units. All of the larger units have direct access outside through a sliding dogdoor, so your pet can move in and out with ease. Our 3 yards are very large grassy areas of 100' X 50', providing lots of room for excercise and play, bordered on the north side by a pond with shade trees. We also have 2 nice 10' X 50' areas, one of which is covered for excercise during inclement weather.
We encourage our clients to bring their own food to avoid a change in diet, along with blankets for familiarity, but we provide plenty of beds, blankets, & bowls for convenience.
We are located on a 40 acre country ranchette south of Milner, CO, and opened our new cinder block & stucco facility in November 2006.
